Sunday, March 26, 2006 - Chopsticks - Well, here it goes again.. feeling bored and emotions building up again.. feeling really sucks so i hope pen-ing it down helps. What are feelings? are we sure that what we feel is what is right? Still cant get over her.. every thing she says or does creates an impact on me. no matter how big or small.. geez.. Girls just have that effect over guys i think. I pray for strength to carry on. Strength to push aside all these mundanities and Live a God glorifying life for now. The temptation of a relationship is strong. Too strong in fact. But i know that my Love for God is stronger. Only he can tide me across any difficulties i have. In times of helplessness, he grants me strength. in times of Fear, he hugs me frm behind. Comforting me. Is staying single in this society now really that difficult? every where i go, ppl are telling me abt this girl and that girl or this guy and that guy. How many ppl do u know that had their heart broken because of relationships? Girls and Boys alike? Too many to count. Read the book "Why men cant lie, and why women cant read maps." i think its an excellent book. i rank it up there with the sensational "I kissed dating goodbye" Gives insight to how our brain thinks and the reason we seek relationships. Mere physical and emotional attachment just isnt enuff to keep couples together. they gotta be committed to serving God tgt. And be committed to starting a family. IMHO. that shld be the core reason couples marry. Of course, dun get me wrong. I dun shun physical and emotional attachment. i think thats the main reason couples get tgt in the first place. Besides.. i dun plan on Kids immediately after marriage. Er ren shi jie sounds cool.. hehe =D Sunday, March 19, 2006 - Chopsticks - Dang man.. Archery chalet was damn fun. Great way to spend my weekend. Trying to jot all the memories down as fast as possible.. dun wanna forget a single moment of it. 17 - 2006 Hm. rushed down to the chalet after work.. really excited to spend my weekend with the archery peeps. Managed to meet ahmad at pasir ris interchange and headed down to the chalet together. Basket.. all the year 1s not there.. had to wait 20 friggin minutes for them to come back and unlock the chalet door. note to self. when a girl says 10mins, it means 20 to 30 mins.. haha.. hm.. went to have dinner with ahmad b4 meeting with the rest to head down to the arcade... the place i blew off most of my cash.. haha.. Played 3 games of pool with ahmad first.. won 2 but i fucked up the last round by hitting in the black ball tgt with the white ball.. Argh.. Basket!! haha.. Ahmad.. gotta hand it to u man.. Pro Driver.. dun mess with this guy when playing daytona.. haha.. Had tonnes of fun drifting and knocking ppl into walls and swearing like noboy's business lol.. rest of the night was relatively quiet.. with the exception of more car destruction on the PS 2.. haha.. 18-03-2006 My B'day!! Well.. guess i slept like a pig till the next day.. woke up with the pillow i was sharing with clement in between my legs.. lol wonder how it ended up there.. sry dude! Shi min and Sj woke up with a pretty bad cough.. in fact, shi min had a slight fever.. went down to cheers tgt to get her some panadol arnd early afternoon. thank god she felt better. Headed down to the beach after that for some quiet time to think abt how far i progressed on in my 19th year of life. Had a crazy time taking photos with the year 1 archers there. Shi Min reall PRO man.. wrote a gigantic SP ARCHERY 2006 on the sand haha.. hm.. arnd evening, we went back to the chalet as the bbq was starting. Bk came down arnd 7 to 8 after work.. damn it must suck working weekends. Gave me my gift.. Jamie's kitchen by Jamie oliver... damn touched by his gesture.. well, the good will didnt end there.. Woei perng bought me a cake without me knowing and shi min gave it to me with everyone arnd me singing happy birthday.. haha.. Really a night i will never ever forget. Well, that was just the mere tip of the ice berg. the icing of the cake was to come. Everyone dragged me to the bed and started to tao pok me.. lol.. even the chalet's bed couldnt hold the weight and crack at its supports.. ahahahah. Went home after that.. Dad made me drive home even tho i was tired.. Navigated thru the TPE with my eyes nearly closing lol.. Sigh... ill never forget this Birthday for as long as i live.
